In Singapore, bookkeeping and accounting services typically cost S$68 to S$370 a month for a small company (2026), based on price lists published by six providers. Low-volume companies can pay S$650 to S$1,000 a year instead, while corporate tax filing, GST returns and payroll are often charged as separate add-ons.
How much do bookkeeping and accounting services cost in Singapore?
Entry-level monthly bookkeeping starts at about S$68 to S$110 a month and rises to S$370 or more for higher transaction volumes. Full outsourced accounting starts at around S$300 a month, and Form C-S tax filing starts from S$350, according to providers' own price lists.
The table below groups the published prices by service. Each figure comes from the provider's own website, checked on 19 October 2026. Where a provider lists a tier as "from" a price, the final figure depends on your transaction volume or the scope you agree with them.
| Service | Published price range | Providers publishing it |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly bookkeeping, small company | S$68 to S$370+ a month | Sleek, Counto, Leftright Corporate, Harvest Accounting, HeySara |

None of the six providers says on the pages we checked whether its prices include GST. Ask for a written quote that shows GST separately, so you can compare like with like.
What changes the price of bookkeeping?
Transaction volume is the main driver, followed by how often the books are closed, which compliance work is bundled in, and whether your records are up to date. Payroll, GST filing and catch-up work are usually priced as separate add-ons.
- Transaction volume. Leftright Corporate's monthly tiers step up from S$110 to S$170, S$280 and from S$370 as volume rises. Counto takes the opposite approach, with a plan from S$100 a month and unlimited transactions.
- Frequency. Monthly, quarterly and yearly bookkeeping are priced differently, and yearly is usually the lowest total for a quiet company.
- Scope. Bookkeeping alone costs less than full accounting with financial statements and tax. Harvest Accounting lists bookkeeping from S$150 a month and full service from S$300 a month.
- Add-ons. GST filing (S$300 a quarter at HeySara), payroll (S$15 per employee a month at Counto) and the ACRA annual return (S$200 at Leftright Corporate) can all add to the bill.
- State of your records. If your books are behind, expect a one-off catch-up fee. Counto publishes S$800 for catch-up books and taxes.
- Billing terms. Sleek's plan prices are quoted on annual billing, so the monthly figure assumes you pay for the year.
Providers do not all count transactions the same way. Before comparing tiers, ask each one what counts as a transaction, for example a sales invoice, a supplier bill or a bank statement line, and what happens if you go over your tier in a busy month.
Is monthly, quarterly or yearly bookkeeping cheaper?
Yearly bookkeeping is usually the lowest total cost for a low-volume company. At Leftright Corporate, the entry yearly plan is S$650, compared with S$920 for four entry quarterly payments of S$230 and S$1,320 for twelve entry monthly payments of S$110.
The saving comes with a trade-off. With yearly bookkeeping, your accounts are only brought up to date once a year, so you have less current information for cash flow, pricing or hiring decisions. Monthly bookkeeping costs more but gives you up-to-date figures throughout the year.
Quarterly plans sit in between. Leftright Corporate's quarterly plans run from S$230 to from S$650 a quarter, and Raffles Corporate Services charges S$700 or S$1,100 a quarter depending on the plan. If you file GST returns every quarter, keeping your books at least quarterly can make those filings simpler.
Are GST filing, corporate tax and the annual return included?
Often not. Several providers price GST filing, corporate tax returns and the ACRA annual return as separate items, so the monthly bookkeeping fee alone can understate your yearly cost. Check exactly what the quoted plan covers before comparing.
Raffles Corporate Services lists Form C-S filing from S$350 and Form C from S$700, both including the Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) filing. HeySara charges S$300 a quarter for GST filing on top of its monthly bookkeeping. Leftright Corporate charges S$200 for ACRA annual return filing, which it says includes ACRA's S$60 fee.
Some providers bundle the year instead. HeySara's Annual Compliance package starts from S$1,000 a year, and Raffles Corporate Services gives an indicative full-year cost of about S$3,550 for a simple company. These figures are easier to budget against than a list of separate items.
HeySara's site also points out that directors remain legally responsible for the company's records and filings even when the work is outsourced. Whoever you hire, it is worth reviewing what is filed in your company's name.

How do you compare bookkeeping quotes fairly?
Compare the total yearly cost for the same scope, not the headline monthly fee. Add up bookkeeping, tax filing, GST returns, payroll and the annual return for each provider, then ask for a written quote that confirms the figures and whether GST is included.
- How many transactions does the plan cover, and what is the charge if you exceed it?
- Are financial statements, corporate tax filing and the ACRA annual return included or extra?
- Is GST filing included, and is GST charged on the fee itself?
- Is accounting software included, or do you pay for a subscription separately?
- Is the price based on monthly or annual billing?
- Is there a one-off fee to bring old records up to date?
Some providers show different figures on different pages of their own websites. Sleek's plan listings and its FAQ quote different monthly prices, and Harvest Accounting's pages give different starting points, so a written quote is the safest reference when you decide.
Frequently asked questions
How much does monthly bookkeeping cost in Singapore?
Published monthly plans from six providers range from about S$68 to S$370 or more a month in 2026. Entry plans start at S$68 to S$110, and prices rise with transaction volume and scope.
What is the difference between bookkeeping and accounting?
Bookkeeping is recording your sales, purchases and bank transactions. Accounting builds on those records to produce financial statements and tax filings. That is why full accounting plans, such as Harvest Accounting's from S$300 a month, cost more than bookkeeping-only plans.
What does catch-up bookkeeping cost?
Counto publishes S$800 for catch-up books and taxes. Most other providers we checked do not publish a catch-up price, so treat it as price on enquiry and ask for a quote based on how far behind your records are.
Do bookkeeping prices in Singapore include GST?
None of the six providers on this page states whether its published prices include GST. Ask each provider to confirm in writing before comparing quotes.
If I outsource bookkeeping, am I still responsible for my company's accounts?
Yes. HeySara notes on its site that directors remain legally responsible for the company's records and filings even when the work is outsourced, so review what your provider prepares and files.
