About Oyougu Aquatics
Oyougu Aquatics charges S$130 a month for four weekly 45-minute group lessons, with no registration fee, and takes children from age 3. Classes follow SwimSafer 2.0 from Stage -1 to Stage 6, and missed lessons can be made up with credits.
Its site says its coaches are NROC-certified and MOE-registered. Lessons run at Bishan, Delta, Jalan Besar and Teck Ghee pools. Classes are kept small, but the fees page gives two different maximum class sizes, so ask for the current figure.
