Non-surgical energy-based treatments start from about S$2,500, and surgical removal runs from about S$2,988 to S$7,300 before GST. The method, the doctor, anaesthesia and facility fees drive most of the difference.

How much does eye bag removal cost in Singapore?

Published prices start at about S$2,500 for a non-surgical course and reach about S$7,300 for surgery before GST. Fillers that camouflage eye bags cost less per visit, from about S$600 a syringe, but they hide the bulge rather than remove fat.

What makes eye bag removal cost more or less?

The biggest factor is whether you have surgery or a non-surgical treatment. After that, the number of sessions, whether other areas such as the tear trough or mid-face are treated at the same time, and who performs the procedure all move the price.

  • Method. Surgery removes or repositions fat in one procedure. Energy-based treatments such as radiofrequency may need more than one session; Zoe Medical says three radiofrequency sessions are typical.
  • Combined areas. Zoe Medical says its 4D price rises when it is combined with tear trough or mid-face work.
  • Surgeon and setting. Dr Woffles Wu's published fee includes the operating room and anaesthesia but excludes medication and post-operative eye care products.
  • GST. Some clinics quote before GST (shown as "++"), others do not say. Ask for a figure that includes GST.

Is surgical or non-surgical eye bag removal cheaper?

On published prices, the entry points are similar: about S$2,500 for a non-surgical course and from about S$2,988 for surgery. Surgery at the upper end costs more, about S$7,300 before GST. Repeat sessions can close the gap for non-surgical options.

Zoe Medical describes surgery as an option when the main concern is excess loose skin under the eye. Your doctor will advise which approach suits the cause of your eye bags; the cheaper option is not always the right one.

Can I use MediSave or insurance for eye bag removal?

None of the eye bag clinics we checked advertises MediSave or insurance claims for cosmetic eye bag treatment. MediSave withdrawals are tied to procedures in MOH's Table of Surgical Procedures, so ask the clinic in writing whether your procedure has a code and is claimable.

If a doctor finds a medical reason for eyelid surgery, the position may differ. Ask for the procedure code and check with your insurer before treatment.

How should I compare eye bag removal quotes?

Compare the total, not the headline. Ask each clinic for one written figure that includes the doctor's fee, anaesthesia, facility, medication, follow-up reviews and GST, and ask how many sessions a non-surgical plan assumes.

  • Check the doctor on the Singapore Medical Council register.
  • Ask whether the quote is per session or for the full course.
  • Ask what happens, and what it costs, if you need a touch-up.

Frequently asked questions

How much is eye bag removal surgery in Singapore?

Published surgical prices we found range from an estimated S$2,988 (Shens Clinic) to S$6,350 + S$950 before GST (Dr Woffles Wu). Other surgeons quote at consultation.

How much is non-surgical eye bag removal?

Zoe Medical publishes 4D Eyebag Removal from S$2,500. The Clifford Clinic publishes S$2,500 for a first AGNES + Secret RF session and S$1,800 for each later session.

Are under-eye fillers cheaper than eye bag removal?

Per visit, yes. Zoe Medical lists dermal fillers at S$600 to S$1,000 a syringe, with results lasting 6 to 18 months. Fillers camouflage the hollow below a bag; they do not remove fat.

Does MediSave cover eye bag removal?

None of the clinics we checked advertises MediSave claims for cosmetic eye bag treatment. Ask your doctor for the procedure code and confirm with the clinic and CPF before treatment.

Do eye bag removal prices include GST?

It varies. Dr Woffles Wu quotes before GST, The Clifford Clinic confirms GST at consultation, and Zoe Medical and Shens Clinic do not state it. Ask for a GST-inclusive total.
