In Singapore, chin dermal filler typically costs S$388 to S$800 per syringe for hyaluronic acid (HA) filler and S$795 to S$1,200 per syringe for semi-permanent fillers such as calcium hydroxylapatite or PCL (2026), based on published clinic prices. Most chins take one to three syringes, which puts a typical HA session at roughly S$388 to S$2,400 by our calculation.
How much does chin filler cost per syringe in Singapore?
Published prices for chin filler in Singapore start at S$388 per syringe for HA filler and reach S$1,200 per syringe for semi-permanent fillers. Most clinics price by the syringe (usually 1ml or 1cc), so the number of syringes you need drives the final bill.
The table below shows the chin filler prices each clinic publishes on its own website. We reviewed these prices on 27 October 2026, but some of the page copies we read were several months old, so a clinic may have changed its price since. We found no Ministry of Health fee benchmark for cosmetic fillers, so these are private clinic prices only. Confirm the current figure, and whether GST is included, with the clinic before you book.
| Clinic (A to Z) | Filler type | Published price |
|---|---|---|
| Bay Aesthetics Clinic | HA filler (chin and jawline) | From S$388 per 1cc syringe |

What does a full chin filler treatment cost?
A full chin treatment works out at roughly S$388 to S$2,400 with HA filler, or S$795 to S$3,600 with a semi-permanent filler. These are our own calculations: published per-syringe prices multiplied by the one to three syringes clinics say a chin typically needs.
Bay Aesthetics Clinic's guide says women typically need 1 to 2cc for the chin and men 2 to 3cc. SL Aesthetic Clinic says a chin usually takes 1 to 2 syringes. Your doctor will recommend a volume after assessing your face, so treat the figures below as a planning range, not a quote.
| Syringes | HA filler (S$388 to S$800 each) | Semi-permanent filler (S$795 to S$1,200 each) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | S$388 to S$800 | S$795 to S$1,200 |
| 2 | S$776 to S$1,600 | S$1,590 to S$2,400 |
| 3 | S$1,164 to S$2,400 | S$2,385 to S$3,600 |
Calculated by whatitcosts.sg from the published per-syringe prices in the first table. These are not prices quoted by any clinic.
What changes the price of chin filler?
The type of filler, the number of syringes and the clinic's package terms make the biggest difference. Semi-permanent fillers cost more per syringe than HA filler, and some clinics charge less per syringe when you buy more syringes or prepay credits.
Filler type. On the published lists we reviewed, HA filler for the chin runs from S$388 to S$800 per syringe. Semi-permanent or collagen-stimulating fillers, such as Radiesse, Ellanse, PCL or calcium hydroxylapatite, run from S$795 to S$1,200 per syringe.
Volume and packages. Line Aesthetics Clinic, for example, lists HA filler at S$600 per syringe for 1 to 5 syringes, S$580 for 6 to 10 and S$550 for more than 10, with lower rates again under its loyalty programme and LINE$ prepaid credits. If you see a price range, check which end applies to a single visit.
How the price is quoted. Some clinics publish a starting price without saying whether it covers one syringe or a whole treatment. SL Aesthetic Clinic shows chin filler from S$700 on its price list and from S$800 per 1ml syringe on its chin filler page, so ask which price applies to you.
GST. We could not confirm whether GST is included in any of the prices on this page. Ask the clinic for a written quote that states the GST position.
How do HA and semi-permanent chin fillers compare?
HA filler costs less per syringe and can be dissolved, which is why Bay Aesthetics Clinic suggests it for first-timers. Semi-permanent fillers such as Radiesse, Ellanse or PCL cost more per syringe, and clinics describe them as longer-lasting options.
Clinics' own claims on how long results last vary. SL Aesthetic Clinic says its chin filler results can last up to 2 years. Line Aesthetics Clinic says results from its semi-permanent fillers can last up to 2 years or more. These are the clinics' statements, not promises, and how long filler lasts differs from person to person. Ask your doctor which filler suits your chin and what follow-up appointments might cost.
Can I use MediSave or insurance for chin filler?
We did not find an official Ministry of Health or CPF source on this point for this guide, so we cannot confirm it either way. Ask the clinic directly, and check with the CPF Board and your insurer before assuming any part of the cost can be claimed.

How do I choose a clinic for chin filler?
Check the doctor's registration, the exact filler brand and volume being quoted, and whether the price is per syringe or per treatment. A clear written quote makes it easier to compare clinics on like-for-like terms.
You can look up any doctor on the Singapore Medical Council's online register. At your consultation, ask which filler the doctor recommends for your chin and why, how many syringes they expect to use, whether a consultation or review fee applies, and, for HA filler, whether it can be dissolved if you are unhappy with the shape.
Compare quotes on the same basis. A lower per-syringe price can still cost more overall if more syringes are planned, and a package rate may only apply if you prepay or buy several syringes.
